Cognitive restructuring focuses on the role of cognitive factors, such as attitudes, thoughts, and beliefs, in determining our emotional and behavioral responses. In my private yoga sessions there is a thorough evaluation of each of your comprehensive capacity and your cognitive state. This assessment is used to track your progress over time.
